2018 FM Athletics Youth Football Registration

Welcome to 2018 FM Athletics Youth Football Registration!

Fargo Athletics, Inc. was formed in 1972 to promote youth tackle football education and participation in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The organization is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation and all board members are volunteers. During the 2017 season, we registered and rostered over 1600 youth players.

The philosophy of FM Athletics is to provide an opportunity for all youth to play football, including those who might not otherwise have the chance.  It is the intent of the league to foster sportsmanship, team play, and leadership.  A limited number of scholarships are available. If you desire to pursue this option, please contact us via email (fmafootball@gmail.com).  All scholarship information is kept strictly confidential.

Team Placement/Rosters:

Because of the complexity of rostering 1600+ players, registrants (as well as coaching candidates) cannot be guaranteed placement on the same team or with the same coaching group each year. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate specific carpool or friend/teammate requests at this time. Teams are formed on a first-registered, first-rostered basis.

Athlete and Parent Code of Conduct:

Any verbal or physical abuse of officials, coaches, board members and/or other unsportsman-like conduct will not be tolerated. Only players, officials, medical personnel and board members are allowed on the fields due to safety issues and  insurance liability. Failure to comply with this code may result in disciplinary action and/or removal from the league.

2018 SEASON DATES TO NOTE

July 30th Non-contact practice begins this week.
August 3, 4, 5     Equipment Pick-Up and Mandatory Weigh-In. Metro Rec Center, 3110 Main Avenue, Fargo
August 6 Contact (padded) practice starts this week.
August 8 Alternate weigh-in and equipment pick-up date. 
No practice this date!
August 18 Jamboree Day for 4, 5 and 6th grade teams. Southside Regional Park, 2000 40th Avenue S., Moorhead
August 20 Regular season games for all grade levels begin this week.
September 1-3 **NO games will be scheduled Labor Day Weekend **

Fee Schedule and Payment Policy:

- Fees are based upon your child’s Fall 2018  grade level and registration date.

​​​​- Registration AND PAYMENT must be submitted online by the dates listed below to qualify for prices listed within that date range.

- After season play has begun/equipment has been issued (August 2nd, 2018), NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  Please see our refund policy for details.

- All registrations submitted after June 20th may not be accepted based upon availability, and must include the buyout ($120) as noted on the Fee Schedule.

Grade Level: On or before 5/15/18: 5/16-6/20/18: After 6/20/18 (w/ MANDATORY BUYOUT):
4th Grade $120 $120 $240
5/6th Grade $145 $195 $315
7/8th Grade $145 $195 $315

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.  There is NO PROCESSING FEE TO REGISTER ONLINE.
